What is it?
Defoliator is a machine that "brushes" the leaves off of the stem without hurting the stem.
What does it do? How does it work?
By inserting the end of a rose stem into the machine, the brushes will remove the leaves, decreasing the weight of the rose. This is very important when exporting roses since transport is being paid by the total weight of freight.
How can it help you?
The Aweta defoliator machine is being made with special brushes. Generally, defoliator brushes wear out quickly, but Aweta works with a special patented brush (also used in aerospace) preventing quick wear and prolonging the life of the machine and therefore the quality of the roses.
