The dry bin dumper is able to empty one full bin onto a one-belt conveyor
What does it do? How does it work?
The machine is loaded with 3 or 4 stacks or just with one bin. The machine slowly rotates the bin allowing the products to transport onto the belt conveyor. This way the products move slowly from the bin, onto the conveyor up the elevator to the grading machine.
How can it help you?
The bin dumper enables the grower to move large volume of fruit. Since the machine moves slowly, the fruit will not be damaged and will consistently feed the line. This saves on labor, reduces damages, and therefore saves money.
