What is it?
The Flex Filler is a gentle box filler. It has been designed to transport products from the grader into boxes or crates in a friendly way. Instead of products falling into a box, they are being carefully handed over and placed into the boxes guaranteeing a flawless product.
What does it do? How does it work?
- First filling step: the Flex Filler is almost horizontal. The product rolls in one gentle movement from the belt into the Flex Filler.
- Second filling step: the Flex Filler is rotated downwards leaving the end of the flap on the same height as the first row of products. A new row of product rolls into the filling box, with minimal drop.
- Third filling step: the Flex Filler constantly rotates downwards in little movements to be filled completely
- Fourth step: the Flex Filler is in vertical position completely in the empty box or crate.
- Release step: the Flex Filler opens up and gently releases the product into the box or crate.
- Last step: the Flex Filler is rotated upwards. The product stays in the full box or crate.
The safety of the products is the most important issue when it comes to grading and packing. The Flex Filler absolutely meets this demand. The products do not bounce or fall, but continually glide from one place to another without risking damages.
