What is it?
The Aweta Internal Quality Analyzer (IQA) is a sensor that uses the most advanced non-destructive method for measuring the internal quality of fruit and vegetables.

What does it do? How does it work?
The IQA sensor transmits near infrared (NIR) light through each product and analyzes the light that passed through it. The IQA sensor is able to detect important internal quality characteristics like maturity, sugar content, internal browning and watercore on each product passing the sensor.

The Aweta IQA system uses a patented method that ensures deep light penetration, which results in more accurate measurements, excellent repeatability and the ability to find internal defects.
