What is it?
A box filler system that assists the employees in filling boxes correctly.
What does it do? How does it work?
After grading, products move to the appropriate outlet belt. The outlet belt will accumulate the products until a full batch is reached. When a full batch is reached the grader will bring the next batch to a different belt/location. As soon as the last product is dropped onto the belt, a lamp will indicate that a batch is reached, and ready to be packed. The packer activates the belt to drop all fruits into the box. While dropping, the packer can do a quick last quality check. When the box is filled the packer replaces the full box with a new empty one, and continues at a next drop.
