Because the consumer market becomes more and more demanding, Aweta has developed a cucumber sealer. This Aweta cucumber sealer has been designed to prolong the life cycle of the cucumber, to keep the cucumber clean and to minimizes damages.

This ensures the consumer of a fresher, tastier and healthier product. The Aweta technology allows a high sealing speed between 1,500 and 9,500 cucumbers per hour. With an auto infeed system, one person can control the complete line including the Aweta grader.

Cucumbers are automatically transported onto the cucumber sealer. The sealer has been designed to adjust the foil to suit each cucumber, ensuring uniformity and saving on foil usage. In case of emergency, the machine automatically stops preventing the cucumbers from overheating.

The palletizing unit will collect all boxes or crates and make them transport ready by strapping the pallet safely together.

The robot will organize all boxes or crates on the appropriate pallets ready for strapping the pallet.

The number of lines and outlets depends on the customer's requirements for capacity and packing.
