Tomatoes grading
Depending on your product and local circumstances, Aweta has several graders available for sorting your tomatoes. Such as Model 4, Model 5, Calistar and Cup grader. In most cases tomatoes are only sorted on weight or color. But optionally, your tomatoes can be selected on size and external quality.
To ensure that your tomatoes meet the customer's standards of firmness and sweetness, Aweta supplies special sensors to guarantee that your product is sorted accordingly.
Another unique feature is that the machine combines tomatoes by weight to fill a box to the exact volume wanted. The benefit of this precise filling of boxes is that the user is not overfilling the boxes. Therefore, he will save between 2 and 3% on his production.
